Our client is a boutique, high-touch CX advisory firm specializing in enterprise contact center strategy, CX technology evaluation, and global BPO partner selection. They help large organizations navigate the complex landscape of CCaaS/UCaaS platforms, AI and automation tools, omnichannel CX solutions, and outsourced labor models. About the Role
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for landing new enterprise clients and driving all early-stage revenue across the CX advisory and contact center outsourcing practice. Although titled VP, the role has no direct reports and is fully focused on complex, consultative enterprise selling.
Responsibilities
· Build a net-new enterprise pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry networking
· Run full-cycle CX advisory sales, from prospecting to close
· Engage C-suite buyers including COO, CFO, CTO, CHRO, VP CX, VP Operations
· Lead discovery, advisory consultations, solution mapping, and partner recommendations
· Sell across multiple domains: CCaaS/UCaaS, AI/automation/analytics, workforce optimization, and global BPO labor
· Manage long enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
· Develop proposals, partner evaluations, and solution matrices
· Maintain strong CRM discipline in Zoho
· Represent the firm at conferences and industry events (25-35% travel)
· Leverage AI tools for research, targeting, outreach, and personalization
· Collaborate with internal SMEs to design holistic CX technology + BPO solutions
Qualifications
· U.S. based with willingness to travel 25-35%
· 5+ years selling CX/CCaaS/AI/BPO solutions, with 3+ years as a hunter
· Proven track record closing enterprise-level CX deals with C-suite buyers
· Able to operate independently in a lean, agile team environment
· Demonstrated pipeline discipline, CRM reliability, and proficiency with AI tools
