About the Role

The Senior Vice President, Sleep & Respiratory Sales, will lead and drive revenue growth for all Sleep & Respiratory sales initiatives. This key role involves developing sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and collaborating with operations to efficiently convert referrals into billable orders at scale. The position oversees healthcare providers, hospitals/health systems, and enterprise sales channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth for all Sleep & Respiratory products. Analyze market trends, set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, adjust strategies, and report to the executive team.

  • Sales Team Leadership & Management

Lead and develop sales leadership teams across healthcare provider and enterprise channels. Implement consistent sales processes and daily management systems for coordinated execution. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Directly and indirectly manage staff development, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management (including coaching, discipline, and evaluations) to achieve organizational goals.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, providers, hospital systems, and enterprise stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction. Develop strategies to broaden the customer base and manage key accounts. Handle executive-level client interactions and promote a strong customer orientation.

  • Commercial Operations & Analytics

Establish a best-in-class, customer-centric CRM system using industry best practices. Partner with Sales Enablement and IT for successful CRM and reporting tool rollout. Implement world-class account management methodologies and analyze sales data to support data-informed decision-making.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with operations, revenue cycle management, managed care, and strategy leaders for alignment and mutual goal achievement.

Partner with operations leaders to drive excellence and efficiencies in converting referrals to billable orders at scale across all lines of business

  • Sales Strategy & Operations

Drive excellence in converting referrals to billable orders across all lines of business. Develop sales incentive compensation programs with HR, senior sales, and Finance, establishing KPIs. Coordinate organizational support for sales initiatives.

  • Budget & Resource Management

Oversee the sales budget for maximum ROI. Implement an effective daily management system aligned with strategic goals using lean methodologies.

  • Compliance & Professional Development

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, HIPAA, and internal programs. Advise leadership on compliance needs. Maintain current knowledge of Sleep & Respiratory products/services. Complete all required training.

Management/Supervision

Responsible for hiring, effective onboarding, training, and feedback. Achieve staff results through continuous improvement, communication of expectations, performance monitoring, coaching, and discipline. Set and achieve annual department goals aligned with organizational strategy. Implement an effective daily management system using lean methodologies. Responsible for meeting organizational performance and retention goals, including timely performance evaluations.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability to work in a sometimes stressful, fluctuating environment.
  • Requires prolonged sitting, computer use (including repetitive motions), standing, bending, and stooping.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Mental capacity to lead change and analyze data/problem-solve.
  • May encounter angry customers/patients.
  • Requires excellent verbal/written communication (empathy, respect, confidentiality).
  • Mandatory travel throughout the service area using a personal vehicle.
