About the Role

As the Vice President of National Accounts, you will be responsible for expanding and deepening relationships with key Canadian wealth management platforms, independent dealers, and financial institutions. This role will lead platform negotiations, product approvals, and long-term account strategies to accelerate growth and increase shelf presence across CIRO-regulated firms and private wealth networks.

This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, offering significant autonomy and a strategic seat at the table with executive leadership

Responsibilities

· Serve as the lead point of contact for national accounts, negotiating product onboarding, compensation models, and platform approvals.

· Collaborate closely with wholesalers, internal sales teams, marketing, and product to drive fund flows and grow AUM.

· Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden distribution across new partners and product categories.

· Stay on top of regulatory and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

· Represent the company at national industry events, conferences, and high-impact meetings.

· Track key metrics and report on progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

· 7+ years of experience in national accounts, product due diligence, or investment distribution.

· Deep knowledge of Canadian investment distribution models and regulatory frameworks.

· Strong relationships across independent wealth management firms and CIRO-regulated dealers.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (CFA, CIM, or CFP is an asset).

· Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

· Based in Toronto and open to a hybrid work environment.

· Experience from Tier 1 banks, asset managers, or well-regarded investment fund companies preferred.
