About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business and managing key contractor accounts within a 100-mile radius of the Springfield, IL market. This is a high-visibility, growth-focused role ideal for someone with HVAC industry experience, local relationships, and a proven ability to drive revenue. You’ll be given autonomy, leadership support, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

· Prospect and secure new residential and commercial contractor accounts.

· Manage and grow existing relationships to drive product mix and overall sales.

· Act as the go-to expert for your contractors, providing technical support and service guidance.

· Support product launches and new promotions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

· Work with local branch leadership to execute on sales strategy and customer outreach.

· Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

· Travel locally 4-5 days per week for in-person customer meetings.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of B2B sales experience.

· Minimum 3 years in the HVAC industry, with local customer knowledge strongly preferred.

· Proven ability to develop net new business and hit/exceed sales goals.

· Located within 30 miles of Springfield, IL (or willing to relocate).

· Strong interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated, and customer-service focused.

· Comfortable working independently and managing a large territory.
