Known for retaining top sales talent long-term, they are now hiring a Territory Manager to cover Ontario and Manitoba.

About the Role

This is a remote outside sales position focused on consultative selling to dental offices, including individual practices and DSO networks. You’ll work closely with distributor representatives and regional sales leadership to grow revenue, increase product adoption, and serve as a trusted partner for your clients. The role includes travel across your territory and requires strong pipeline development, product demo skills, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

· Sell a portfolio of dental and clinical products to private practices, DSOs, and key targets.

· Drive new business through outbound activity and manage the Top 250 lead list.

· Collaborate with distributor partners and co-travel with regional leadership on larger opportunities.

· Conduct in-office product demos and educate clinicians and staff on product use and value.

· Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting on customer activity and pipeline health.

· Travel regularly across Ontario and Manitoba, including overnight trips as needed.

Qualifications

· Based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

· 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience with strong full-cycle sales skills.

· Track record of quota attainment, awards, or performance recognition.

· Experience with cold calling, product demos, and hunting new business.

· Consultative, customer-first mindset with strong objection-handling skills.

· Dental industry experience is a bonus, but not required.

· Motivated, team-oriented, and ready to grow.
