Overview

Our client has been a leading manufacturer of battery charging and test devices since 1985. They are developing a series of new products serving Diagnostic Battery Management and have an opening for a Technical Sales Leader to present their innovative devices in portable, automotive and stationary battery application.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to sell, while building a solid Sales team and providing strong organizational skills.
  • Introducing Minimal Operational Reserve Energy (MORE) that enables to fully utilize each battery with prompt replacement of the pack while it is still functional.
  • Maintaining the website with Battery University serving as an educational go-to portal.
  • Attending conferences, exhibiting and delivering papers presenting the company's pioneering technologies.
  • Engaging in beta tests, organizing product launches, creating material and running sales campaigns.
  • Supporting distribution channels, providing training, and publishing monthly Newsletters.
  • Studying competitive products on technological, studying trends and competitive pricing.
  • Work with the subsidiary in Europe to reach markets in EMEA and the rest of the world.

Qualifications

  • Must have organizational abilities with proof of success in related fields.
  • Must possess conceptual understanding of product offerings and in forming specialty systems.
  • Must have an intuitive mind to know what buyers need and what’s feasible.
  • Must be a visionary by discovering new opportunities that are presented to the table.
  • Must work cross-functionally; must be a listener and provide solutions to customers and staff.
