About the Role
This is a strategic new business role designed for a true hunter with experience in professional services sales. As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll identify and close opportunities with enterprise clients, nurture partner relationships, and stay involved post-sale to support delivery and expansion. You’ll sell to senior-level decision-makers in supply chain and retail operations, guiding clients through tailored solutions that improve productivity and drive long-term value. The company offers significant autonomy, leadership support, and unlimited upside potential.
Responsibilities
· Build and manage a sales pipeline targeting supply chain, retail, and manufacturing organizations.
· Sell into SVP, VP, and C-suite decision-makers (e.g., Chief Operations Officers, VPs of Store Ops).
· Leverage existing relationships while prospecting and executing daily pipeline activity.
· Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams on campaigns and client strategy.
· Stay engaged post-sale to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
· Attend trade shows, support campaigns, and participate in client-facing events as needed.
Qualifications
· 7-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in consulting or professional services.
· Supply chain, retail, or manufacturing sales experience required.
· Track record of closing large enterprise deals ($250K+ deal size).
· Experience owning the full sales cycle, including implementation and post-sale engagement.
· Passion for solving business problems and building trust with clients.
· Proven consistency in daily sales activity and execution.
· Self-motivated, relationship-oriented, and collaborative.
Benefits
· Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000. Uncapped commission structure.
