About the Role

The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding the company’s recurring service business, specifically, monthly rental and display maintenance programs. This is a hybrid role based near Westminster, CO, with significant travel during the first year as you build client relationships and establish new accounts. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-directed, and experienced in consultative B2B sales within promotional, display, or service-based industries.

Responsibilities

· Drive new business development with clients in automotive, retail, and event sectors.

· Sell monthly service contracts and recurring promotional display programs.

· Develop new territories while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts.

· Collaborate with internal design and production teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

· Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting through CRM software.

· Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and marketing events.

Qualifications

· Located within 45 minutes of Westminster, CO (close to DIA).

· 3-7 years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in promotional, marketing, or recurring service industries.

· Proven track record of developing new business and growing recurring accounts.

· Comfortable with up to 50% travel and capable of managing a regional territory independently.

· CRM proficiency (SAP or similar) and excellent organizational skills.

· Creative problem solver with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
