- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Manage and grow approximately 40 customer accounts and existing relationships.
- Conduct approximately 20 in-person customer visits each month.

- Identify opportunities across packaging, automotive, medical, aerospace, construction, and industrial markets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in HubSpot CRM.
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience; 5–10 years is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of new business development and self-generated sales.
- Experience selling foam, plastics, packaging, industrial materials, automotive components, aerospace products, or similar technical products strongly preferred.
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and territory-development skills.
- Experience managing a customer portfolio or book of business.
- Comfortable managing 30-day to 12+ month sales cycles and complex opportunities.
- Experience with $250K+ opportunities is highly desirable, with exposure to larger projects a plus.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently from a home office.
- Strong CRM discipline; HubSpot experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 75% throughout the Northeast.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of approximately $75,000–$100,000+, depending on experience.
- Uncapped quarterly commission with target earnings of approximately 40% of base salary.
- Home-office based remote work environment.
- Opportunity to build and own a high-growth Northeast territory.
