With a strong reputation for service and a proven product that supports multi-location operators, they’re expanding across Texas and hiring their first dedicated sales rep. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, high-integrity team in a hybrid field/office role and make a measurable impact from day one.
About the Role
Our client is looking for a resilient, self-motivated Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, primarily targeting restaurant groups in the DFW area. This is a hunter-focused role with long-term leadership potential for the right person. You’ll be supported by marketing efforts and internal onboarding teams while also having the freedom to drive your own book.
Responsibilities
· Sell a comprehensive point-of-sale/payment processing solution to restaurant groups (5-30 locations typical).
· Prospect, pitch, and close new business across Texas (with a DFW focus).
· Work with ownership to refine sales messaging and go-to-market strategies.
· Track activity and progress in Zoho CRM; collaborate on newsletter and outbound efforts.
· Represent the brand with polish, professionalism, and confidence in the field.
Qualifications
· 1.5+ years of sales experience, ideally in PaaS, HaaS, or payment processing.
· Strong communication skills and comfort selling to CFOs, owners, and operators.
· Resilient and coachable, with a proven ability to hit sales goals.
· Based in the DFW area (preferred); hybrid role with in-office presence and field travel.
· Polished, service-minded, and productive in a fast-paced environment.
