About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for expanding market presence in the Washington D.C.-Baltimore metro area by driving new business and strengthening existing relationships with hospitality and food service clients. This is a field-based, hunter-style role best suited for a self-motivated seller who thrives on independence and has a passion for sustainability. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders while spending the majority of your time in the field, building relationships and representing a brand known for quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on prospecting and closing new business.

· Build strong, consultative relationships with on-premise and hospitality clients.

· Represent a product line known for sustainability, design, and performance.

· Maintain detailed records of pipeline activity and client interactions.

· Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and leadership to support client success.

Qualifications

· 1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality or on-premise environments.

· Existing network or book of business in the Washington D.C.-Baltimore area strongly preferred.

· Autonomous and comfortable being in the field 80-90% of the time..

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record..

· Comfortable managing and transporting physical product samples.

· Post-secondary education preferred.

· Must reside in the Washington D.C.-Baltimore metro area.

· Strong relationship builder with a consultative, growth-oriented sales approach.
