Their service helps homeowners stay ahead of costly repairs by taking care of routine upkeep, and their technicians are known for reliability, professionalism, and care. With a focus on building trust, the team provides a premium customer experience and is expanding their local reach in Maryland.

About the Role

This is a hybrid outside sales position focused on building and growing a local customer base within a 30-mile radius of Highland, MD. As the first sales hire for the territory, you’ll represent the company in the field and in homeowners’ living rooms. You’ll run door-to-door campaigns, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and build a strong personal pipeline to hit 20-25 appointments per week. This is a performance-driven role with a short sales cycle and strong upside.

Responsibilities

· Conduct daily in-home consultations with homeowners.

· Canvass assigned areas, attend events, and generate referrals.

· Educate homeowners on subscription-based maintenance plans.

· Close deals on-site and walk customers through the sign-up process.

· Generate at least 5 self-sourced appointments per week.

· Maintain accurate CRM notes and report customer insights.

· Collaborate with marketing and leadership on local growth strategy.

· Represent the brand with professionalism and a friendly, trustworthy approach.

Qualifications

· 2-8 years of in-person sales experience (ideally door-to-door in B2C industries).

· Strong communication skills and comfort presenting in homeowners’ spaces.

· Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial.

· Must be based in Maryland or within commuting distance of Highland.

· Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet appointment goals (20-25 appointments per week).

· Must pass a background check, drug test, and obtain an MHIC license (if not already held).

Benefits

· $50,000 base salary.

· Uncapped earning potential, 2% residual commission collected on revenue, $200 bonus per converted self-sourced customer.
