As they expand their operations and refine their sales strategy, they are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive growth, enhance team performance, and lead the sales organization to new heights.

About the Role

This is a primarily home-office based outside sales and design consulting role focused on driving residential cabinetry sales across the mountain region, including Steamboat, Frisco, Silverthorne, Edwards, and other nearby areas. You'll work closely with end users, interior designers, and contractors, supporting them from project initiation through design and close. While some leads are provided, self-generation is expected. Design experience is key, as you'll assist with layout and initial concept development.

Responsibilities

· Manage and grow accounts across the I-70 corridor and surrounding mountain towns.

· Conduct in-person visits and consultations with homeowners, interior designers, and general contractors

· Assist with early-stage design, layout, and product selection.

· Manage a backlog of ~$500K and pursue new opportunities to exceed quota.

· Attend Denver showroom visits as needed (especially for candidates based closer to the city).

· Travel 25-40%, with frequent regional driving across mountain passes.

Qualifications

· 3-5+ years of sales experience in cabinetry, home remodeling, or building materials.

· Strong understanding of mountain territory (Frisco, Edwards, Steamboat, etc.).

· Familiarity with design tools, layouts, and project consultations.

· Comfortable driving long distances and traveling in all-weather conditions.

· Proven ability to manage both hunting and farming responsibilities.
