Our client is situated in North Vancouver, British Columbia, and has direct access to producing sawmills and international logistics lanes delivering value to their customers that is second to none in the industry. They're an industry leader with annual sales of over $500 million and 30 active traders in-house. Their goal is to minimize risk through on-the-ground inventory, forward pricing, and custom solutions. At a point of growth, they seek a Sales Representative to join their team.


  • Meet or exceed assigned quotas and targets.
  • Consult and advise customers on desired products.
  • Play a self-starting hunter role, responsible for acquiring new clients.
  • Strategically identify, target, and close new customer accounts.
  • Excite and guide decision-makers to implement services.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience within commercial construction
  • Proven success in acquiring net new business (50% or more hunting)
  • Successful track record of building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of CEO, business owners, and senior executive decision makers to over achieve on quota
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and manage the sales process from start to finish.
