As the company continues to grow, they’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead and support a small team of high-performing reps and drive new dealer business across Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan.

About the Role

This is a local, field-based sales role with player/coach responsibilities. As Sales Manager, you’ll manage two outside reps and one inside rep, while also owning a personal sales quota. Your mission: build strong relationships with dealerships, credit unions, and small finance companies while helping your team exceed auction volume targets. You’ll have a strong support system internally, a flexible commission structure, and the opportunity to grow with a company that rewards initiative.

Responsibilities

· Manage and support a small team of sales reps while contributing to personal sales targets.

· Call on auto dealerships and commercial sellers across Northern Indiana and SW Michigan.

· Build relationships with GMs, Used Car Managers, and dealership owners.

· Use Zoho CRM to track activity and maintain a clean pipeline.

· Travel locally (no overnights) ~60% of the time to meet dealers in-person.

· Coordinate with auction leadership and customer support to ensure client satisfaction.

· Represent the brand at trade events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive or remarketing.

· Based within 1 hour of South Bend, IN.

· Experience leading or mentoring reps is preferred, but not required.

· Comfortable with field-based sales and building long-term relationships.

· Persistent, personable, and proactive, relationship builder with grit.
