Responsibilities

  • Create a robust sales plan to establish a solid market presence targeting key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Prioritize potential clients through thorough market research, analyzing distinct challenges and prospects.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with stakeholders, from C-suite executives to department heads and procurement teams.
  • Engage in consultative sales dialogues, deeply understanding client needs, articulating value propositions, and tailoring solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, to craft and present custom service proposals.
  • Develop compelling presentations that highlight value, addressing client pain points.
  • Skillfully negotiate contract terms, resulting in mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of prior sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, or a related area.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in contract writing and interpretation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
  • Sound understanding of technology and software development methodologies, especially in developing custom solutions for customers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Passionate about helping customers with their business transformation needs.
