With a growing footprint in digital and precision agriculture, their U.S.-based hazard monitoring division is looking to expand its team with a skilled sales leader who understands both technical products and agricultural operations.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading U.S. sales strategy and execution for hazard monitoring products, sensors designed to prevent equipment failure and safety incidents in grain handling environments. This role requires both leadership and deep technical sales experience. You’ll be expected to build trusted relationships with integrators, OEMs, and end users across the agriculture industry, while helping guide the next phase of growth for this critical product line.

Responsibilities

· Lead and grow the U.S. sales efforts for hazard monitoring solutions.

· Manage and mentor a small team while remaining hands-on with key accounts.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, OEMs, and facility operators.

· Develop technical sales strategies that emphasize product reliability and ROI.

· Travel to customer sites, industry events, and internal team meetings (~50% travel).

· Provide market insight to support ongoing product development and innovation.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in agriculture or industrial sensor markets.

· 4+ years of leadership experience (formal or informal) managing people or strategic accounts.

· Strong understanding of agriculture customer needs, including OEM and integrator relationships.

· Experience in consultative/solution selling environments.

· Located in the U.S. with the ability to travel nationally as needed.
