About the Role
The Sales Leader will be responsible for selling renewable energy TTC portfolio services to Fortune 500 companies, targeting Treasury, CFO, and senior tax executives. This role focuses on securing high-value, complex deals, often $20M to $300M+, with a 6-12 month sales cycle. The ideal candidate is a proven “big game hunter” in financial services, capable of building relationships at the highest corporate levels and closing transformative transactions.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting Fortune 500 companies seeking to optimize their tax positions through renewable energy TTCs.
· Prospect and generate leads via outbound strategies, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted campaigns.
· Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, for transactions ranging from $20M to $300M+.
· Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior financial decision-makers.
· Collaborate with internal tax, legal, and renewable energy specialists to develop tailored client solutions.
· Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts in HubSpot CRM.
· Stay informed on TTC market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
· 5-10+ years of experience selling complex financial products or services to Fortune 1000 Treasury/CFO/Tax executives.
· Proven ability to initiate and close large, complex deals ($20M+).
· Experience in financial services, tax advisory, or renewable energy markets preferred.
· Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial instruments (TTC knowledge a plus).
· CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a pure hunter mentality.
· Based in a major US metro, preferably an East Coast financial hub; remote-capable.
Benefits
· Base salary: $150,000
· Commission: 5% of individual sales revenue, paid upon cash collection.
