About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business outcomes. Working closely with business development leads, client partners, and partner representatives, you’ll support pre-sales efforts and help drive revenue through consultative, value-driven engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about data and AI, and eager to grow in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with internal sales and client teams to support pre-sales motions and discovery conversations.

· Co-sell with partner reps to identify opportunities in AI/ML and large-scale data migration.

· Translate technical solutions into business value through compelling demos and storytelling.

· Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive solution adoption.

· Support expansion opportunities and assist in post-sale discovery as needed.

Qualifications

· 2-5 years of experience in a technical role, ideally with exposure to Databricks or similar platforms.

· Strong understanding of data engineering, AI, and machine learning concepts.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear technical narratives.

· Experience in pre-sales or sales engineering preferred; post-sales expansion experience a plus.

· Comfortable working in fast-paced cycles and cross-functional environments.

· Based in the U.S. or Canada (remote).
