About the Role

This is a pure hunter role focused on developing new business opportunities in the industrial and commercial refrigeration sectors, including heat pump applications. While inbound leads come through digital channels, success in this role hinges on your ability to leverage your network, technical knowledge, and sales instincts to drive high-value deals.

Responsibilities

· Identify and close new business with grocery retailers, cold-chain and storage providers, and large commercial refrigeration clients.

· Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, site visits, and customer follow-up.

· Work closely with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and customer sites

· Develop and manage a territory strategy based on your existing network.

· Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and customer sites.

· Consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of technical sales experience selling refrigeration and cooling systems.

· Experience working for a contractor, manufacturer, or engineering/design firm.

· Familiarity with CO2 systems and natural refrigerants strongly preferred.

· Proven ability to develop a territory and achieve significant annual sales quotas.

· Strong network in the industrial/commercial refrigeration or food retail industries.

· Engineering background or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

· Comfortable working remotely with regular travel as needed.

· Must be based in the West Coast or neighboring states.
