About the Role

The Patient Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them from initial inquiry through to booked procedures. This is a high-volume, in-office sales position that requires persistence, follow-up, and a consultative approach to convert leads into confirmed surgeries. The role is ideal for a resilient, bilingual sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.

Responsibilities

· Manage the full sales process from patient inquiry to booking surgical procedures.

· Conduct pricing discussions and explain procedural options in a clear, consultative manner.

· Handle a high volume of follow-ups via phone, text, and in-person consultations (10-15+ per day).

· Track active opportunities, aggressively pursuing closable deals.

· Provide education and guidance to prospective patients to support informed decisions.

· Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet weekly revenue goals.

Qualifications

· Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

· Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience with measurable results.

· Strong phone and in-person closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections.

· Resilient and motivated by high earning potential.

· Experience in elective plastic surgery sales, med spa/aesthetics, insurance, or luxury retail (preferred).

· In-office only; no remote work or travel required.

Benefits

· Base salary: $48,000-$50,000.

· Commission: 1.5% of collected surgery revenue (paid monthly). 6 figure OTE potential.
