About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative will focus on driving new business growth through proactive relationship-building with architects, builders, and designers. This position requires a balance of consultative selling and strong follow-through, ensuring clients receive tailored, high-quality solutions for luxury home projects. The ideal candidate is an independent, motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and can represent the brand with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

· Develop and grow business within the GTA by building relationships with architects, builders, and designers.

· Maintain a $1M annual sales quota through proactive outreach and effective pipeline management.

· Conduct client meetings, showroom visits, and product presentations.

· Follow up on quotes and collaborate with internal sales to ensure successful deal closures.

· Attend internal team meetings, product launches, and occasional events or trade shows.

· Maintain accurate records and reporting to support forecasting and territory planning.

Qualifications

· 5-15 years of business development experience in a similar outside sales capacity.

· 5+ years selling plumbing fixtures, tile, or other building material products within the luxury or design market.

· Proven experience working with custom home builders, architects, and designers.

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

· Independent, entrepreneurial, and adaptable to a small, family-run environment.

· Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license; willingness to travel daily within the GTA.
