As they expand their OEM channel, they’re seeking a strategic and driven sales leader to own national growth in this critical segment.

About the Role

The National Business Development Manager will lead OEM-focused sales efforts, targeting sectors such as agriculture, HVAC, heavy equipment, and food & beverage. This is a high-travel role designed for a true hunter with deep technical sales experience in PVF or industrial distribution. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while building long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive teams at OEMs nationwide.

Responsibilities

· Identify and prioritize OEM prospects across key sectors (Agriculture, Truck & Trailer, HVAC, etc.).

· Manage the entire sales process including outreach, pricing strategy, negotiation, and closing.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations to deliver tailored PVF solutions.

· Build deep relationships with stakeholders across procurement, engineering, and leadership teams.

· Provide market insight and customer feedback to guide product and service innovation.

· Maintain CRM documentation and deliver performance updates to the executive team.

· Travel extensively (60-80%) to support national business development efforts.

Qualifications

· 5+ years in B2B sales or business development within PVF or industrial distribution.

· Direct experience selling into OEMs with a proven record of new customer acquisition.

· Technically adept, comfortable discussing specs, materials, and system design with engineers.

· Skilled in managing complex, high-value deals from lead to close.

· CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or industrial distribution preferred.
