About the Role

This is a newly created, in-office role for a Marketing Coordinator who’s excited to build structure from the ground up. You’ll support both the sales and service teams by creating campaigns that drive leads, align with company goals, and maintain consistent branding across all channels. The role is collaborative, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a direct impact.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to drive residential leads.

· Support sales and customer service teams with aligned messaging and visuals.

· Contribute to outbound and seasonal campaign planning.

· Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.

· Participate in weekly L10 EOS meetings and assist in reporting campaign performance.

· Help build scalable systems and processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

· Experience with localized/residential marketing strategies.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

· Proven ability to build structure and manage multiple priorities.

· Positive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.

· Hands-on, implementation-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Benefits

· Base salary of $75,000-$80,000.
