About the Role

The Director of Sales Operations will serve as the central driver of sales process execution, CRM adoption, sales enablement, and performance analytics. Acting as both strategic partner and tactical enforcer, this leader will be responsible for ensuring pipeline discipline, process adherence, and effective cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. This is a role for someone who is both analytical and action-oriented, with the confidence to own operations and the clarity to drive results.

Responsibilities

· Own sales forecasting, territory design, pipeline reporting, and rules of engagement.

· Enforce process adherence across Salesforce CRM and sales enablement workflows.

· Create and lead training initiatives, including playbooks, messaging, and onboarding plans.

· Build sales scorecards and executive dashboards with clear KPIs.

· Conduct win/loss analysis, deliver board-level insights, and support strategic GTM planning.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to improve alignment between sales, marketing, and ops.

· Manage a sales operations support hire and coordinate proposal and event initiatives.

Qualifications

· 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or enablement leadership.

· Deep experience with Salesforce, forecasting, and sales performance analytics.

· Track record of implementing process improvements and enforcing sales accountability.

· Skilled at building training and enablement programs from the ground up.

· Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to influence across all levels of the business.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
