As they expand their operations and refine their sales strategy, they are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive growth, enhance team performance, and lead the sales organization to new heights.

About the Role

As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, refining sales processes, and driving revenue growth across Colorado and Wyoming. This role requires a strong leader who can transform an existing team of design-oriented professionals into a high-performing sales organization. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic leadership, business development expertise, and a player-coach mentality to scale sales efforts while maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and service.

Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, including sales reps, showroom supervisors, and business development personnel.

· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales per person and expand market presence.

· Drive business growth through residential new builds, custom homes, and commercial projects.

· Establish and maintain relationships with general contractors, home builders, architects, and remodelers.

· Oversee and optimize sales velocity, ensuring a balance between high-touch, long-cycle sales and immediate revenue opportunities.

· Ensure alignment with the company’s value-driven sales approach, focusing on consultative and relationship-based selling.

Qualifications

· 3–4+ years of sales leadership experience, overseeing a team of at least five direct reports.

· 10+ years of total sales experience in cabinetry, home improvement, or a related commercial industry.

· Proven ability to exceed sales targets and effectively manage sales velocity.

· Strong understanding of residential and commercial sales, with experience in both high-end custom projects and scalable programmatic offerings.

· Located in the Denver or Loveland area, with the ability to travel between showrooms and manufacturing plants.

Benefits

· Base salary: $130,000–$150,000, plus a 20% performance-based bonus.

· Company vehicle provided (clean driving record required) or mileage reimbursement.
