They’ve recently launched their Canadian division and are poised for aggressive growth. Backed by a proven portfolio and strong U.S. infrastructure, the company is now hiring a strategic and hands-on Country Manager to build the next chapter in Canada.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, multifaceted leadership role focused on driving sales, managing operations, and expanding market share across Canada. As Country Manager, you’ll lead direct, channel, and OEM sales efforts while overseeing a small but capable local team. You’ll report to global leadership and take full ownership of strategic planning, revenue generation, market penetration, and the performance of the Canadian P&L. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial hunters who enjoy rolling up their sleeves, growing a territory, and leading a small team through expansion.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a market-specific business strategy aligned with global goals.

· Lead direct and channel sales efforts to drive $1.8M+ in annual revenue.

· Manage existing team members and help build out the Canadian sales function.

· Grow the direct sales business with new OEM, fleet, and municipal accounts.

· Oversee daily operations including warehouse/logistics, customer service, and supply chain.

· Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns and improve brand visibility.

· Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations and corporate standards.

· Provide performance reporting and financial forecasting to U.S. and global leaders.

Qualifications

· 7+ years of outside sales or business leadership experience in industrial products or related sectors (lubrication equipment, fluid handling, compressed air systems, etc.).

· Prior experience launching or growing a territory or national footprint.

· Strong understanding of B2B industrial channels including direct, OEM, and distributor sales.

· Comfortable with high-travel (50%+), including customer visits and trade shows.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership style.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) is a plus.

· Based in Canada with a preference for candidates in the GTA.
