About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving growth within key OEM accounts. This role requires a balance of strategy, prospecting, and relationship building to create and develop opportunities with top manufacturers. The position is based in St. Louis, Missouri, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities
· Build and execute account development strategies targeting top automotive OEMs.
· Manage the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, relationship building, and pipeline management.
· Partner closely with enterprise sales leaders, solution engineers, and product managers to qualify and support complex opportunities.
· Track activity, engagement, and deal progression to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities.
· Share OEM market insights to help refine go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within automotive OEMs.
· Familiar with the language, structure, and buying processes of OEMs.
· Background in VSC/F&I SaaS or related auto-tech highly preferred.
· Ability to work across complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
· Strategic thinker and relationship builder, you know how to open doors and keep them open.
· Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.
· Based in St. Louis, Missouri (remote role with travel for client meetings).
