About the Role
This is a high-output, hunter-focused role targeting large hospitality and MDU projects across the U.S. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive new business by selling TVs, mounts, and accessories into new construction and renovation projects. Your customer base includes general contractors, builders, developers, and property owners, primarily at the end-user decision stage. You’ll own the full sales cycle, supported by a high-growth company culture, reliable distribution, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role if desired.
Responsibilities
· Source and close new business with general contractors, builders, and hospitality end users.
· Identify large-scale project opportunities such as multi-room builds, renovations, or retrofits.
· Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract and delivery coordination.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth purchasing and logistics experience.
· Travel across the U.S. as needed to meet prospects and build relationships.
· Meet or exceed assigned quota through consistent activity and pipeline management.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong focus on business development/hunting.
· Experience selling TVs or related hardware into MDUs, hotels, or commercial construction projects.
· Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a full-cycle sales role.
· Located in the U.S. within EST or CST time zones.
· Self-motivated, well-organized, and excited by uncapped earning potential.
· Comfortable with regular travel and prospecting in a project-driven sales environment.
