About the Role

As the U.S. Business Development Manager, you’ll lead the charge in expanding retail and dealer partnerships across the country, with a strong focus on Texas. This is a high-impact, remote role built for a proven hunter who thrives in consultative sales, excels at building networks, and understands the outdoor living or specialty retail space. Your goal: build a high-performing dealer network through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and partnership development.

Responsibilities

· Prospect and onboard new dealer partners in outdoor furniture, patio, shade, and awning categories.

· Leverage your existing network to open doors and accelerate dealer acquisition.

· Manage and support independent rep groups, ensuring accountability and progress.

· Represent the company at key trade shows and reseller events across the U.S..

· Coordinate with the international team on logistics, partner support, and order fulfillment.

· Maintain pipeline and reporting in CRM (HubSpot) and meet weekly KPIs for outreach and activity.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of success in business development, sales, or channel partnerships.

· Strong background in outdoor living, patio, outdoor furniture, awnings, or related sectors.

· Proven experience selling through dealer networks or retail partners.

· Confident selling premium, high-ticket products to retail buyers and showroom partners.

· Self-starter with strong organization and communication skills.

· Located in Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth or Greater Houston area preferred).

· Willing and able to travel nationwide for trade shows, partner visits, and events.
