· Collaborate with regional peers and leadership to share best practices and accelerate territory success.

Qualifications

· Proven success managing a territory independently and exceeding sales goals.

· Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, with a track record of driving business growth.

· Salesforce CRM experience required; must be highly disciplined and data-driven.

· Comfortable leveraging technology and analytics to inform strategy and execution.

· Self-starter with a strong work ethic; resilient and resourceful in managing cancellations and setbacks.

· Able to balance farming existing accounts with hunting new opportunities.

· Must have a post-secondary education.

Benefits

· Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement.

· Ramp considering with guaranteed bonuses first 2 quarters.

· 401k with 6% matching.

· Car program and gas card.
