With a strong culture of rewarding performance, they’re now hiring a Branch Manager to take the lead on revitalizing their Springfield location.
About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office leadership position ideal for someone with HVAC (or related) distribution experience and a strong operational mindset. The Springfield branch has significant growth potential and is seeking a proven manager to drive results across people, processes, and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong team leadership, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.
Responsibilities
· Own full branch operations, including P&L, inventory, vendor relationships, and personnel.
· Oversee and support a small sales team, including territory sales managers.
· Hire, coach, and manage team performance across inside and outside sales.
· Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and reliable service.
· Collaborate with leadership to execute turnaround and growth initiatives.
· Leverage internal tools (ERP, CRM) to manage workflows and improve efficiency.
· Ensure branch alignment with company standards and KPIs.
Qualifications
· 3-5 years of experience in a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager role.
· HVAC industry experience strongly preferred (plumbing or electrical distribution also considered).
· Based near or within commuting distance to Springfield, IL.
· Experience with operational leadership, inventory management, and team development.
· Strong working knowledge of contractor relationships and B2B sales environments.
· ERP familiarity (Eclipse ERP a plus).
