Their products serve critical thermal applications and are engineered to improve efficiency, reduce heat loss, and meet safety requirements across demanding industrial environments.

About the Role

This is a strategic outside sales role focused on expanding the company’s footprint across OEM, power generation, and utility customers. With a growing client base and increasing market demand, the successful candidate will take ownership of business development throughout the Midwest or East Coast, ideally based near Chicago or Philadelphia. The role includes regular travel to key client sites and ATC offices, with a heavy focus on new business acquisition and building long-term relationships with major utility and industrial accounts.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a territory plan to build relationships and win new business with OEMs, utilities, and industrial customers.

· Navigate sales cycles ranging from 3 months to 1 year, managing both quick-turn and strategic long-cycle opportunities.

· Lead outreach efforts and generate new opportunities through prospecting and pipeline development.

· Travel regularly to customer sites, trade events, and the company’s offices in Jacksonville, TX and Chicago, IL.

· Represent the product line of engineered removable insulation systems with technical credibility.

· Report consistently on pipeline and activity progress.

Qualifications

· 3-5+ years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, ideally selling into OEM or power.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

· Proven ability to generate new business and close large, technical deals.

· Hunter mentality, strong character, and high accountability.

· Based in the Midwest or East Coast (Chicago or Philadelphia preferred).

· Comfortable with travel.
