About the Role
As an Associate Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical support role in the surgical sales process. From managing inventory and coordinating case logistics to observing procedures and building relationships with clinical staff, you'll be immersed in the day-to-day of high-performing medical device sales. This is a fast-track role for competitive, coachable individuals looking to break into the medical device space and grow into a full sales territory.
Responsibilities
· Support senior sales reps during live spine surgeries (2+ cases per week).
· Learn surgical products, inventory systems, and hospital workflows.
· Coordinate case logistics and ensure inventory readiness across hospitals.
· Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
· Complete hands-on training and optional formal education in surgical support.
· Grow into full sales ownership and customer relationship management.
Qualifications
· Competitive, coachable, and confident with strong follow-through.
· Background in athletics, leadership, or performance-based roles strongly preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· Based in Minnesota or open to relocation from nearby regions.
· Medical device experience not required, personality and work ethic matter most.
