About the Role
This is a remote, full-cycle Account Executive position focused on new business acquisition. You’ll target mid-market to enterprise accounts (100-2,000+ employees) in complex, RFP-driven industries. From outbound prospecting to closing deals, you’ll play a key role in growing the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is based in Austin or San Francisco, with travel expected for conferences and client meetings.
Responsibilities
· Prospect and close net new business.
· Execute territory planning and account mapping strategies.
· Run discovery calls and present tailored value propositions.
· Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
· Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, SalesNav, Cognism, ORM, and Fluent.
· Leverage frameworks like MEDDIC, Command of the Message, and Value Selling.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
· 2+ years in a full-cycle AE role with consistent quota achievement.
· 80%+ outbound sales experience.
· Proven success selling into heavy industries (mining, energy, manufacturing, construction).
· Skilled in pipeline development, complex deal navigation, and territory management.
· Comfortable selling to C-level executives and navigating RFP-driven sales processes.
· Startup experience or exposure to unstructured environments is an asset.
Benefits
· Competitive base salary, $100,000-$120,000
· OTE: $200K-$240K (uncapped commission at 8% of revenue).
