About the Role

This is a pure hunter role for a disciplined closer. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across hospital systems, targeting operations and facilities leaders. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, from first call to close, supported by marketing, lead generation, and technical teams. Success in this role requires a strong SaaS sales background in healthcare, a track record of closing net new logos, and the ability to operate independently while keeping leadership up to date via CRM.

Responsibilities

· Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, demo, negotiate, and close.

· Target hospital operations, facilities, and compliance teams.

· Maintain detailed CRM updates for pipeline, activity, and forecasting.

· Leverage support from lead gen, marketing, and technical resources.

· Deliver compelling demos and stories that connect product to need.

· Travel occasionally for key meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare systems.

· Proven ability to close net new business and exceed targets.

· Strong existing relationships in the healthcare/hospital space preferred.

· Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (experience with Monday CRM a plus).

· Confident communicator who can manage long-cycle deals (3-6 months).

· Willing to travel up to 25-50% for meetings and industry events.
