About the Role

The New England Account Executive will focus on the Greater Boston market, managing an established customer base while driving new business growth. The role blends inside and outside sales, with regular customer visits across the region and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

· Manage and grow a defined book of business, including strategic accounts.

· Reconnect with past customers and develop new business opportunities.

· Promote HVAC and building automation products such as sensors, valves, and control systems.

· Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and site visits.

· Maintain a sales pipeline at least 2x quarterly quota.

· Manage both project-based sales cycles (90-120 days) and MRO (immediate) orders.

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support.

· Utilize Salesforce to track customer activity and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

· Direct experience in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) market.

· 3-5+ years of relevant sales experience.

· Proven track record selling to commercial contractors and building engineers.

· Strong customer-facing sales experience in both new business development and account growth.

· Ability to manage a territory with frequent regional travel.

· CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
