About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for driving business development across the Kenosha-Racine region. This role is focused on building new client relationships and expanding market presence along a fast-growing corridor where demand for staffing services is high. You’ll spend your time generating leads, engaging with decision-makers, and closing opportunities, supported by a strong internal recruiting team. This hybrid role is based out of the Kenosha office, with flexibility for local travel within a 30-40 mile radius.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow accounts in the Kenosha-Racine market.
· Prospect and build a pipeline through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits.
· Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing, with a 2-month average sales cycle.
· Engage with HR, operations, and plant managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
· Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
· Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure smooth client delivery.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· 3-5 years of sales experience in a metrics-driven environment (e.g., payroll, uniform services, or related industries).
· CRM experience required; comfortable working in a structured sales process.
· Proven success in business development with strong persistence and follow-up skills.
· Outgoing, approachable, and detail-oriented with strong presentation abilities.
· Must live in Kenosha or Racine, WI (local market knowledge essential).
Benefits
· Base salary: $60,000 USD, with uncapped commission (5% of gross profit).
· OTE: $100,000+ with strong earning potential for high performers.
