About the Role

The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations in the Houston facility, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on role requiring regular physical labor alongside organizational oversight. You’ll work closely with the Office Manager to keep operations running smoothly, support the sales team’s warehouse needs, and maintain a safe, well-organized environment.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

· Unload pallets, inspect tools, and perform regular heavy labor tasks (lifting 50+ pounds).

· Ensure accurate documentation and organization of incoming and outgoing goods.

· Maintain warehouse safety standards and cleanliness.

· Support the sales team with product availability and timely order fulfillment.

· Collaborate closely with the Office Manager to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.

· Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.

· Ability to perform general labor, including regularly lifting 50+ pounds.

· Comfortable with shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.

· Self-motivated and adaptable, thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment.

· Willing and able to work on-site at the Houston office, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

· Base salary: $50,000-$60,000 USD, depending on experience.
