About the Role

This is a hunter-focused sales role for a self-driven, motivated professional who thrives in new business development. The Sales Executive will cover the Southeast/SEC region, driving new client acquisition in a high-volume, service-driven industry. The role requires consistent prospecting, pipeline development, and consultative sales execution with senior decision-makers across a variety of industries. With both quick-turn deals and longer, consultative sales cycles, the position offers uncapped earning potential for ambitious professionals.

Responsibilities

· Generate new business across the Southeast/SEC region, with a strong focus on hunting and prospecting.

· Develop and manage a sales pipeline using PipeDrive CRM to track and forecast opportunities.

· Build consultative relationships with senior executives at organizations managing large volumes of transactional mail.

· Drive opportunities through varying sales cycles.

· Collaborate with operations, pricing, and leadership teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

· Actively network, attend association events, and represent the company within the territory.

· Consistently meet or exceed new business targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of proven B2B sales success with a strong record of quota attainment.

· Experience in consultative sales of services (industry experience in presort/logistics a plus, but not required).

· Independent, motivated, and resilient hunter mentality.

· Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close both quick-turn and long-term deals.

· Willingness to travel frequently across the territory.

· Experience selling to senior decision-makers within mid-to-large organizations.
