About the Role
The Sales Manager will lead, coach, and inspire a geographically dispersed sales team of 6-8 representatives. This role will focus on strengthening sales processes, improving team performance, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales management, preferably in the medical aesthetics or beauty industry, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities
· Lead, train, and mentor a team of 6-8 sales reps across Florida, New York, and Texas.
· Set clear expectations, conduct performance reviews, and manage underperformance.
· Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed.
· Implement structured sales processes to improve lead conversion and revenue.
· Collaborate with marketing to align product messaging and promotions.
· Track and analyze monthly sales performance compared to prior years.
· Represent the company at 6-7 weekend trade shows annually (Fri-Sun, 3 days each) in cities such as Dallas, San Antonio, Las Vegas, and New York.
Qualifications
· Proven experience managing a geographically dispersed sales team.
· Strong sales performance background with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
· Industry experience in medical aesthetics or medical devices preferred; beauty industry exposure with strong sales results will also be considered.
· In-person presence at Fort Lauderdale headquarters required.
· Willingness to travel for trade shows and events (6-7 weekends per year).
· Skilled in coaching, training, and elevating team performance.
Benefits
· Base salary: $55,000-$60,000 plus uncapped commission.
· Health and dental insurance after 90 days.
