About the Role

The Global Head of Inside Sales will lead the creation and management of a high-performing Inside Sales team across the U.S. and Canada. This role will focus on driving revenue through strategic outbound sales efforts, building strong alignment with field sales, and optimizing the team’s use of CRM and performance metrics. Based ideally in the Detroit area, the role offers a hybrid schedule with limited travel.

The selected leader will oversee team hiring, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring the Inside Sales function becomes a key growth engine for the company.

Responsibilities

· Build and lead the Inside Sales organization across North America.

· Define sales strategy, KPIs, and performance standards for the team.

· Collaborate closely with field sales to optimize lead generation and deal flow.

· Oversee CRM management to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

· Hire, onboard, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives.

· Partner with leadership to refine processes and ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of Inside Sales leadership experience with team and KPI ownership.

· Experience selling to healthcare, institutional, or commercial clients.

· Demonstrated career stability and history of growing teams successfully.

· Skilled in CRM-driven performance management (Salesforce preferred).

· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.

· Experience aligning Inside Sales with broader sales operations.
