About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for new business opportunities. This is a high-activity outbound sales role focused on prospecting, cold calling, and booking qualified demos for the Account Executive team. You’ll work closely with leadership and AEs to identify target accounts, connect with credit union decision-makers, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This is a fully remote role within the U.S. (excluding California), with preference for candidates in or near Chicago. No travel is required outside of an annual company retreat.
Responsibilities
· Make 60+ outbound calls per day to credit union decision-makers.
· Book at least 18 qualified demos per month to meet quota.
· Partner closely with an Account Executives to move leads through the sales cycle.
· Engage with C-suite and VP-level prospects to introduce the company’s platform.
· Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow-up cadences in HubSpot.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging and lead generation strategies.
· Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to improve outreach performance.
Qualifications
· Based in the U.S. (excluding California).
· Track record or willingness to thrive in high-volume outbound calling (60+ dials/day).
· Strong motivation to exceed expectations and meet activity goals.
· Resilient, coachable, and energized by challenges and rejection.
· Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking with executives.
· Customer-facing experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
· Growth mindset with interest in moving into future roles like Account Executive, Marketing, or Consulting.
