About the Role

This is a high-stakes sales role focused on revitalizing Georgia, the company’s most underperforming yet highest-potential territory. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving new business, expanding key accounts, and closing deals ranging from $100 to multimillion-dollar projects. This is a remote position with flexibility and visibility, reporting directly to sales leadership and company ownership.

Responsibilities

· Hunt for new opportunities and drive revenue growth across Georgia.

· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients.

· Deliver consistent results in a performance-based, unstructured environment.

· Collaborate with sales leadership and leverage internal tools for success.

Qualifications

· 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in electrical or automation preferred.

· Proven track record as a hunter and closer in technical solution sales.

· Must be based in Georgia and comfortable working remotely.

· Experience turning underperforming territories into top producers.

· Self-motivated, financially driven, and entrepreneurial in approach.
