About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing new business within your designated territory. This role focuses on driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients in facility management and adjacent industries. With a consultative and solution-driven approach, you will manage long sales cycles, work independently to secure new business, and deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs.

Responsibilities

· Drive new business growth by identifying and developing opportunities within facility services and related industries.

· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve annual sales targets of $2M or more.

· Conduct daily travel to meet with customers within your designated metro area.

· Employ a consultative, solution-based sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored service offerings.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of proven sales experience in facility services or adjacent industries (e.g., commercial cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, or similar).

· Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with a track record of achieving $2M+ sales targets.

· Ambitious and self-sufficient sales hunter with strong negotiation skills and a focus on developing new business.

· Located in Kansas City with the ability to travel daily within your territory.
