With a 50,000 sq. ft. distribution center and additional warehousing in Queens, they deliver fast, reliable service to multi-family residential buildings and are expanding into the commercial space. About the Role

This is an in-person, Manhattan-based role focused on growing new business in the multi-family residential space. You will be out in the field 4 or more days per week, building relationships with supers, property managers, and maintenance teams across NYC. Your focus will be long-term account ownership, not transactional sales. You’ll be expected to learn the products, become a trusted advisor, and drive growth within your territory. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to six-figure earnings and long-term territory ownership.

Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within Manhattan.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with property management contacts and on-site teams.

· Deliver hands-on support and client education to help customers solve day-to-day maintenance challenges.

· Own the full sales cycle including account management, onboarding, and light administrative follow-up.

· Maintain a consistent presence in the field and participate in monthly team meetings.

Qualifications

· 1-3 years of outside sales experience, ideally selling to SMBs or property-focused accounts.

· Comfortable spending most of the week out in the field.

· Self-sufficient and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership and work ethic.

· Highly personable, relationship-driven, and solutions-oriented.

· Comfortable handling rejection and navigating longer sales cycles.

· Vehicle preferred but not required.
