About the Role
Our client is looking for a self-motivated Sales Executive with a hunter mentality and a passion for helping local businesses grow. You’ll be selling a proven video-based marketing solution to decision-makers in small-to-mid-sized businesses across the country. This is a high-activity role with short sales cycles, uncapped earnings, and a clear path for growth. You’ll be supported by a sales-friendly leadership team, referral setters, and partial lead generation. Success in this role depends on your drive to prospect, build relationships, and close.
Responsibilities
· Drive new business by targeting SMBs across various industries (real estate, healthcare, home services, etc.).
· Book and run 15+ quality appointments weekly, both self-sourced and supported.
· Present and sell the company’s flagship digital video solution and upsell over time.
· Close deals in fast sales cycles, often under one week.
· Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with internal teams.
· Work remotely and manage your own territory within the U.S..
Qualifications
· 2+ years of sales experience (ideally with SMBs or in digital marketing).
· Proven ability to manage short sales cycles (1-2 weeks) and close consistently.
· Strong rapport-building skills and ability to pitch with enthusiasm and urgency.
· Familiarity with contract negotiation and processing credit card payments is a plus.
· Experience in sports, military, or high-activity BDR roles is a strong asset.
Benefits
· Base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with OTE of $120K+.
