About the Role

As USA Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing the company’s footprint across the United States. You’ll manage existing retail accounts while actively prospecting new opportunities, particularly within independent and mid-sized grocery chains, specialty distributors, and the foodservice sector. You’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a nimble and highly collaborative team as you focus on driving long-term, profitable growth. This is an in-office role and for someone with strong food industry relationships, a proven track record in retail and/or foodservice sales, and a desire to make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities

· Manage and grow existing accounts in the U.S. grocery retail and foodservice space.

· Build new business with distributors, independent retailers, and foodservice operators.

· Lead sales presentations, negotiate pricing and promotions, and manage trade spend.

· Provide market feedback to help shape U.S. strategy and product focus.

· Collaborate with leadership and operations to ensure service excellence and account success.

· Represent the brand at key industry events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in food & beverage sales, with a focus on retail and/or foodservice.

· Proven success growing U.S. accounts, ideally within mid-sized or specialty brands.

· Strong understanding of distributor relationships, brokers, pricing strategies, and promotional execution.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems (Salesforce, Zoho).

· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with a collaborative team.
