About the Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, targeting SMB and mid-market companies in hospitality, logistics, and other high-volume hiring sectors. This is a field-based role ideal for someone with strong outside sales experience, a track record in closing, and a background in SaaS or HCM solutions. You’ll play a critical role in growing market share and helping businesses solve their workforce challenges.

Responsibilities

· Identify, prospect, and close new business within the SMB/mid-market space.

· Conduct client meetings on-site across the Houston area.

· Customize workforce technology solutions based on client hiring needs.

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, onboarding, customer success) to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Must be located in the Houston metro area (Between Katy, Spring and Pearland).

· 3-7 years of closing experience in B2B sales.

· 1-7 years of outside sales experience.

· 2-7 years of experience selling Technology (SaaS, HCM is preferred).

· 2 years of experience selling into the SMB/Mid-Market space.
