Our client is a leading North American logistics provider specializing in full-truckload (FTL), LTL, cross-border, and temperature-controlled freight services. With a growing footprint across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico, they serve a diverse mix of industries, including food and beverage, aerospace, retail, and manufacturing. Known for their hybrid model of asset and non-asset-based solutions, they’re scaling their sales force in the Brampton office to win larger, growth-oriented accounts across the continent.

About the Role

This is a 100% new business development role focused on identifying and closing mid-market and enterprise shipping clients across North America. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to booking the first load, then pass the account off to an experienced service team. With uncapped earnings, strong infrastructure support, and the freedom to target a wide range of verticals, this is a high-impact role for sales professionals who want to build and grow major shipping relationships.

Responsibilities

· Book net new freight customers across North America (FTL, cross-border, reefer, LTL, bulk, oversized, and more).

· Prospect and pitch mid-market to enterprise accounts, no mom-and-pop shops.

· Leverage internal resources (account managers, carrier reps, and customer service) to focus entirely on sales.

· Maintain and build a healthy sales pipeline using ZoomInfo, Sugar CRM, and reporting tools like Tableau.

· Travel as needed to meet with prospective customers and close key accounts.

Qualifications

· 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in freight brokerage, transportation, or logistics.

· Proven success in a full-cycle, outbound-hunting sales role.

· Experience selling to shippers, logistics managers, or operations teams.

· Based in the GTA, able to work in-office full-time from Brampton.

· Persistent, consultative, and energized by uncapped earning potential.
